Welcome to IusViora. These Terms of Service govern your use of our legal services, information products, and goods offered through our site. By accessing or engaging with IusViora, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services

IusViora specializes in providing personalized legal assistance tailored to the needs of senior clients. Our offerings include consultation, document preparation, representation, and advisory sessions. All services are delivered by qualified professionals and scheduled in advance.

3. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as guides, templates, and webinar recordings designed to assist senior clients with legal planning and decision-making. Access to these materials is provided through secure download or streaming.

4. Goods

Physical items, including printed resource kits and reference booklets, are available for purchase. Delivery is arranged at checkout and dispatched via standard carriers.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for full reimbursement. You may also request to reschedule once without additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for reimbursement due to resources allocated in preparation for your session.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for reimbursement of digital materials must be submitted within 7 days of initial access. If no more than 20% of the content has been accessed, a full reimbursement will be issued. If access exceeds 20% of the material, the request will be declined.

5.3 Goods

Unused items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for reimbursement of the item cost. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses. Items must be in original packaging and condition. We cannot reimburse items that show signs of use or damage.

6. Methods of Reimbursement

Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. To request a reimbursement, please submit your details and order information through our contact form. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation notice.

7. Non-Reimbursable Services and Products

Certain bespoke services and specially prepared materials are non-reimbursable. These items are marked as final at the time of purchase or scheduling due to time and resources reserved exclusively for your needs.

8. Amendments to These Terms

IusViora reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our site, and the effective date will be revised. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
